From my first steps as a 15-year-old apprentice in Bucharest to leading fine dining teams and mentoring young chefs, my culinary journey has been driven by passion, precision, and purpose.

Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with premium ingredients, embraced modern and classic techniques, and brought dishes to life that tell a story — whether through the smoky depth of a Josper grill, or the finesse of a perfectly balanced sauce.

Today, I’m not just a chef. I’m also a trainer, consultant and culinary partner — helping restaurants refine their menus, train their staff, and build efficient, inspired kitchens.
